In a world-first operation, President Donald Trump and co-president Elon Musk have been stitched together to form one big President and changed their name to President Muump.

Considering the large amount of time the two men spent together, President Muump said it was the best course of action.

“We’re always together and have a lot of the same ideas about world domination, so we thought it made sense,” said both of Muump’s mouths in unison.

And, with rallies against Muump’s policies sweeping the nation, the President said being stitched together would also make them look big and scary when the protesters attack the White House. “I plan to clobber them with a giant hammer, and I want to stab at them with a trident,” said the Muumps.

Muump went on to say it has been the greatest decision he’s made in his Presidency so far “And the best part is we both get to hold our penis when we piss”.
